The shift from COO to launching RGKC Bookkeeping was really born out of necessity. During my time leading multiple business operations, I consistently ran into challenges finding reliable, knowledgeable bookkeeping support—whether in-house or outsourced. It became clear that there was a real gap in the market for financial services that truly understood the operational and strategic needs of growing businesses, especially in the franchise space.
That pain point stuck with me, and I realized I could fill that gap by creating a firm that not only handles the numbers but also brings a leadership lens to financial management.
